Yesterday my students Wanda Wu (2nd place), Jackson Shang (honorable mention) and Yasmina Muradova (appreciation diploma for participating) participated in the Nathaniel Patch Piano Competition in Lexington! The level of this competition was international! 150 participants from 3 states (KY, OH, WV) competed! We worked very hard to receive these awards!!! 🎹🎶The level was extremely high. Kids played very complicated pieces by S. Rachmaninov, S. Prokofiev, F. Chopin, C. Debussy, A. Mozart, L. Beethoven etc.
I feel very proud and happy!
